TV Drama review: Person of Interest

Hey guys and gals, here is an introduction/part 1 to my review on a recent series that I was recommended to watch. If you like all things to do with action, violence, crime and more importantly shows that will have you on the edge of your seat; stick around.

What is it about?
Ex-CIA agent John Reese and enigmatic billionaire Mr. Finch use software that can predict future events to prevent violent crimes before they occur.
In the very first episode, we witness a lot of intense and heart palpitating action which sets the tone for the series and foreboding what is to come. Social security numbers are given through 'The Machine' which help Reese and Finch to track down and save civilians.

Crime TV Drama
Crime TV Dramas all usually have a typical story line, centred around solving crimes like murder, burglary, or an attack. The story usually follows those who aim to solve the crime which normally isn't done until the end of the programme, in hope to add suspense and to keep viewers watching. In spite of this, there is something so different about Person of Interest. it remains unpredictable and dubious. This is a show which without doubt has steadily risen in its quality from the start.
I believe the target audience would range from 17 to 40 as it does deal with relatable teenage issues.
